I Have A Land in joint with my two relatives (Total Three partners ) And One Of The Partner Not Willing To Sell The Land , What Is The Alternative

Dear Sir / Madam,
The two partners who wish to sell the land should offer their share of the piece land for sale to the partner who is unwilling to sell at an agreed consideration. Should the unwilling partner refuse to acquire and purchase the piece of land of the other two partners, the only way ahead is for all three partners to apply to the local Gram Panchayat / Tehsildar / Municipality for sub-division / partitioning of the land into three parts based on the capital contribution of each partner in the purchase of the joint land, and thereafter the respective piece and parcel of land sold by the partners who intend to do so.
