Legal Question in Business Law in India
I have a land plot near the town. I have purchased it for making my home. there is no path in this plot. At the time of purchasing, it was agricultural land. A property Dealer has now done plotting near my land. I met him and requested him to give path to me. But he didnot become ready. Now he is forcing me to sell the land and offering miserably low price. Can a person block the path of other person. Can I get path legally through court. kindly guide me.

You should approach the village Sarpanch / Tehsildar / District Registrar with your grievance asking them to provide the pathway to your plot of land.
