Hello, We are launching a Educational portal wherein we shall provide information regarding colleges and institutes and give our rating based on our perception and reviews of Students. Is my business questionable in any way ,like who are we to judge an institution or what�s are legal aspect of such a website which will eventually be a Educational critic.

You have right of expression but for this have limitation and legalities, without compliance of which may offence against which you may be punished.
