Legal Question in Business Law in Israel
What is the law?: The dental clinic policy was:
A crown tooth which fall out will be re cemented free of charge. The dental clinic has now changed this policy, to charge a fee for re cementing. Can the patient say according to the law our agreement was according to the original policy, therefore the re cementing should be done for free.
