Legal Question in Business Law in India
i have done my law graduation in 2009 almost 10 years back after that i left studies and get married now i want to do a job but i donot have any practical knowledge of law.i had never been to court. i am 34 years old. could you please tell me is it beneficial for me to join a law firm at this age. please suggest me what will i do. is there any online course which gives practical knowledge. thanks .

Dear Sir / Madam,
Your marriage should not be a hindrance to your pursuit for education. If you have completed your Bachelor of Labour Laws (LLB), then you should pursue your Master of Labour Laws (LLM). Since you are interested in legal practice, you should take up a job in a law firm to master the legal nuances and finer aspects of representing clients in the Court. You should also appear and clear the written examination conducted by the Bar Council of India so that you are a registered legal practitioner.
