laws of permanent ban in U.A.E ( Dubai ).
I am having a problem with my staff in dubai and want to ban her permanently from Dubai. Is it possible ?

You have not mentioned the nature of problem you are having with your staff. Normally if you file an absconding case against your Employee, the maximum period for being banned would be 1 Year. In other cases relating to employment, the ban would normally be only for a period of 6 Months.
Life Ban is usually based on the Orders of a Court and normally relates to criminal offenses committed by an Expatriate.
