Legal Question in Business Law in Saudi Arabia
Can one lease a business? I know two persons who own a small LLP and they wish to "lease" it to third party who offers good compensation, is that legal and feasible ? This case is in Saudi Arabia, but any precedents in other jurisdictions will be highly appreciated. Thx.
