Legal Question in Business Law in India

I have Leased my Shop with running business for 3 years, with the condition mentioned in the agreement that after the completion tenure mention in the agreement , the second party or his representative,agent,relative can not open tthe same kind of business in his name name or any of his relative/friend/agent/relative. which was accepted and duly signed, but now the second party have openend the same kind of business with other name which is similar to ours. please quide me how to file a legal suit against him?

Since the name of your firm is registered nothing can be done. Making agreement to the effect that his Relative, friend etc, all these people are not at the control of him. If your tenant is running the business in his name, or doing it with the help of an agent or representative with documents, you can very well file a suit against him, otherwise it is a waste of time.
