Lender A provided loan to borrower B. One immovable property not provided to A as security. Can the registered charge be modified or rectified? How?
Further, subsequent lenders have charge on borrowers asset after A without A's knowledge. Are the subsequent charges valid?

Yes, a borrower is entitled to create more than one charge on his property.
