does i need to get the loan agreement to be registered or it is enough to get it notarised.
in the agreement can i include the cheque no which he is going give as surety in case there are chances he can cancel the cheque

Registration of the loan agreement is optional. You can include detail of the surety cheque in the loan agreement.
