Legal Question in Business Law in India
Being located in India and selling my Redbubble products primarily based in the US, I'm seeking clarity on the requirement for disclosures when promoting these products on social media. Despite not receiving commissions, I do generate a profit from sales, and I want to highlight that I haven't used the products personally. Is a disclosure still necessary? If so, how can I best convey this information succinctly to my audience, ensuring transparency?
