Legal Question in Business Law in India
I m Post Graduate in science and I am not working anywhere,I am taking tuition of 12 students in total at my rented home but my neighbours are haressing me to stop tuition. Is taking tuition at home without any disturbance to neighbours is not allowed by law it is legal or not

Dear Sir / Madam,
It is none of the neighbours business to interfere into what you do inside your house so long as there is no disturbance being caused to the neighbours. It is legally valid to give group tuitions to students inside your own house. As long as the owner of the house is not objecting, you have nothing to worry as you are not doing anything illegal by giving tuitions.
