Legal Question in Business Law in Pakistan
Mai ne apne 02 houses rent par dene hain or dosri parties k sath agreement karna chahta hun k har month ki 10 date tak mere bank account mai rent aa jana chahye. Late hone ki soorat mai 01 din ka Rs.100 fine b sath deposit karwana ho ga. Dono parties is agreement pe agree b hain, lekan kiya legally agreement mai rent add kiya ja sakta hai? Yani kal ko court mai case chala jae to rent claim kiya ja sakta hai na?
