Legal Question in Business Law in India
can i make an agreement with the new share holder to support my future decisions in business in future
i have started up a firm and i am giving 40 percent of the share to my friend due to some reasons and its my idea and my investment. Can i make an agreement with him that he supports me in future? Currently i am the ceo of the company and in future if we are selling 20 or 30 percent of the company to an outside investor. there is a chance for the investor to join hands with my friend and elect a new ceo as their combined share will be more than 50 percent.
