Legal Question in Business Law in India
I am the manager of a small mining industry. Today I received 1 lawyer notice from one of the neighbor of our unit blaming that our industry is working without statutory consents & functions against some statutory directions...actually all these averments are wrong. Company directed to me to draft a reply notice. Is it better to deny all the averments simply or counter with proofs? Help me with a sample draft

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should reply stating the facts countering their allegations, and mentioning that you have all the required necessary written valid sanctions and permissions from the concerned Government authorities to legally conduct business without committing any act or operation which contravenes the provisions of law.
