Legal Question in Business Law in
as per the mandate two persons entered in to the contract for promoting business fee is fixed per month but in the mid after using the technics and promoting objects he who refused to pay the agreed pay. how and where we can file the suit and what prayer sought for-give me details

You can file a suit for breach of contract and seek relief and damages caused to you.
