Legal Question in Business Law in India

I have been a MD for an small Company. I left the company 5 months back. But now they are blaming that company loss is happened due to me and I need to pay the loss amount to company. Also they mentioned that I mislead them .Also they are telling that they will file a legal case against me.

I didn't sign any document or they don't hold any valid documents

They are threatening to give amount otherwise they will file case against me.

I'm just confused how to respond. I don't want to get into Court glitch....

Shall I fight back and tell them Do what ever They fell???

Please advise...

Dear Sir / Madam,

A mere accusation is invalid unless and until charges are pressed upon you and they are proved. So let the Company file a legal suit against you and then you defend yourself.
