Can Minors(16 year old) start businesses(e-commerce to be exact) in India?
Also, what would be some of the legal issues to take care of when starting e-commerce businesses(Customer to Customer)?

Yes, any person irrespective of age can commence an e-commerce business. Compliance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 are necessary.
