Legal Question in Business Law in India
Neighbor has mentioned private limited in his board but such a company is not listed in MHA website. I want proper action to be taken against him. What all can i do to report it? He is offering security guard jobs under this fake business name.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Always look at keeping your own house in order than ponder over what others are doing, unless you have been directly affected by such alleged wrongdoing. You are in no way going to gain anything, by unnecessarily harming somebody else. And if by chance, you are proved wrong, it would mean a straight slap on your face.
