Legal Question in Business Law in India
I have came to know that ...
A Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) mailed to you need not have the signature of the sender. If you are a party that is seeking business or engaging in rendering professional services to the sender, you may sign and send it back to the sender, signifying your acceptance thereto.
Can U please explain that whys that and How can I be able to feel sure about the agreement ?.

Dear Sir / Madam,
That's because you are signifying your commitment to abide by all the terms and conditions contained in the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to transact business with the opposite party.
Regards,
