if you offer to sell a mobile phone to me and then you sell it to another person without my knowledge,can I sue you.and what advice can you give to me

Dear Sir / Madam,
An offer becomes a contract only after both the parties have accepted and fulfilled their respective agreed conditions. So, you will have deemed to have completed the contract only after you have accepted the offer of the other party and fulfilled all the conditions agreed to in the offer. If not, there is no contract and you have no locus to sue the opposite party for non-fulfilment.
