Can i open another business of same belt where I can get benefit from another business ?
Example: if I open Property portal where broker can give ads like 99acres and magicbricks.com, can I open property brooking firm also?
even when i dont use the leads that come on my property portal...

Yes, there is no restriction on the number of businesses you can start. You can open another business to complement the activities of your existing business.
