Dear Sir / Madam,

A sole proprietorship concern does not require any registration. The business activity that you carry out needs accounting in Tally-9 or Tally-ERP with a payment gateway to your Bank to A/c for collections. Engage the services of a Chartered Accountant in your locality to manage your business operations.
