Legal Question in Business Law in India
My have a partner ( who has no legal right in my company )who has resigned from the company 3 months back and his investment has been settled as per the agreement and while he was with our company he has registered one domain name and listed in all internet b2b sites using his personnel informatipn and website and email id assocaited with his registered domain. Now he started a new company with same range of products and and operates in the same geogrpahical area and still operates the domain changing the slightly same but the first name is same as ours and it is trademarked by us in 2010. What can we do to prevent him to use the domain and associated email id ( which is published in all advertismeents and electronic media. The domian still shows his contact information . Also he he created facebook pages (2 nos) in our company name and he is using it wiht out passing to us .

I'll add further - The "electronic information superhighways" as I call them gives every human freely interact and use this wonderful technology "marvel" with anybody and everybody across the Universe. Having said this, since you have settled your partner, I can only advice and guide you to enhance internal controls within your work space. Since you have the source code of your website, it remains tamper proof. I recommend you also second an opinion from a cyber crime expert known to you to guide you further.
