Sir
A reconstituted deed of partnership may be executed between the partners. If your partnership is registered Partnership, then the new reconstituted deed of partnership should also be got registered, since the reconstituted deed amends the old deed, though no new partner is being inducted or no old partner is being retired.
Feel free to contact should you have any questions.
