In a Partnership of 3, can 1 partner sell his share to second without the consent of the third?

Dear Sir / Madam,
No, a Partnership is based on mutual faith, trust and understanding amongst all the Partners. It would only be fair on the part of the partner intending to sell his / her share in the firm to inform all the remaining partners of his intention to resign and sell his share in the firm.

It can only be said ofter going through ur partnership deed ... if possible send me a copy of deed at [email protected] so that better advice can be made in regards...
