Party A entered into an agreement with party B to construct a building. Party B gave sub contract to party C for construction of building. No agreement was signed between A & C. whether party C can make party A, a perfora( pro forma) defendant in a suit filed against B

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes, party C can make party A a party to the suit only if the Agreement between Party A and Party B does not specifically mention that party B alone should construct the building.
