Legal Question in Business Law in Pakistan
If party A give 10�vance written in agreement to party B against sale of house.after some days party A give another amount approx 25% to party B which is not present in agreement,after few days party A refused to buy a house and ask their payment back.should Party B returned all his payment?

read what your agreement says about it, lets say if the purchaser backs out from his part performance after an agreement to sell being in the field than normally (as agreements are devised like this) he has to forego his earnest money given already...
