Legal Question in Business Law in India
If am planning to start a Business of giving car on rent for self drive.
I have one car registered with yellow number on black plate, and have proper insurance , pollution check , road tax paid .
Do I need any other permission, license or registration to take my car live for business ?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You already have all the necessary licenses and permissions in place to run your car as a Private Taxi. No other permissions are required for giving your car on rent for self drive. All you need to ensure is that the person who is driving your car has a valid Driving License and you may take a paper signed by him / her just to safeguard your interests, that he / she is solely responsible and liable for any damages or injury to self and any other third party caused by an accident when he / she is driving and is in possession of the car.
