Legal Question in Business Law in India

I am planning on starting a company and we have an investor for it. But the name of the company exists(in other countries, except mine), to be honest there are quite a few other companies with the same name. Take the name as "xyz". There are a lot of other companies with the name "xyz", "xyz designs", "xyz lifestyles" but the whole point of them using the name "xyz" doesn't even fit their business. I want to use the name "xyz" because it has a really deep meaning symbolically. So will i get into legal troubles will i use the name "xyz" as my company name in my country(india)? Or can I use it and register it as "xyz designs india" and continue working on it? Or just keep it as only "xyz" or "xyz lifestyles" or "xyz luxury", etc.
