Can a private limited company be wound up by the High court even after the name of the company strikes out by the Registrar of Companies in its master details? The company owns property in its name and has lawful liability.I have funded the company for the purpose of purchasing the said property. Please advise me whether I should proceed with the winding up proceedings against the company or not.?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Once the Registrar of Companies (ROC) strikes out the name of the Company from its master, the Company ceases to exist. The assets and liabilities of the Company are with the Court Receiver. You should approach the Court receiver for settlement.
