Legal Question in Business Law in India
What is the procedure to remove and settle the accounts of the partner who is not very active (in a partnership firm)? Please help me with your answers.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should obtain the consent of all the other partners to remove the partner and draw up the accounts of the partnership firm as on the date of retirement to settle the outgoing partner.
