Dear Ram,

You have registered a partnership firm and there also ought to be a Distributorship Agreement between Sujana Steel, Vijaywada and your partnership firm. The partnership firm deed usually specifies who remains the Managing Partner of the firm. If you are the Managing Partner named in the Partnership firm deed, and you have accepted and signed the Distributorship Agreement with Sujana Steel on behalf of the partnership firm, commencement of business remains at your call and disposal. In my opinion, you should reinforce your stake further by completing the procedure for obtaining the Shops & Establishment Act License, VAT Registration, Service Tax Registration as applicable and going ahead with the business. Your two other partners Ashok and Anand will be forced to follow you.
