Legal Question in Business Law in India
I have registered a cheque bounce case against a firm which failed to pay Rs. 205000. The firm happens to be a proprietary firm. But before registering the case my advocate asked me the name of the proprietor of the firm. Unfortunately, i could not find out correctly who the proprietor of the firm was among the two brothers who togather run the operations of that firm. Now the case is registered against that firm but the name of the proprietor is wrongly mentioned as the elder brother, but later on i found that the proprietor is the younger brother. Please advice the the things that need to be done.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Your Advocate should file the rectification of the error correction in the name of the Proprietor in the Court.
