Legal Question in Business Law in Nigeria
i registered a company as a soleproprietorship(business name) as xyz, and another company register as a limited liability company as xyz construction ltd, but d name d company display to public is xyz without adding the suffixes, can i continue to bear my business as xyz without fear of intimidation, even though the other business is a big company with public image?

No, you would be misleading the public if you represent xyz construction ltd. as just xyz.
