Legal Question in Business Law in India
there is a registered partnership deed. is it mandatory that all the partners have to sign in an agreement with the third party?

Dear Sir / Madam,
If all the partners have not appointed a Managing Partner to represent them in all the firm's dealings, all partners will have to sign an agreement with a third party.
