Legal Question in Business Law in India

Am a registered seller with amazon.in but due to some technical glitch whenever I get any order it gets canceled by the system, the issue is ongoing since last 5 months I made a complaint with the seller help team of amazon but they are not able to resolve the issue and not able to provide any solution to the issue since last 5 months.

Can I take any legal action to get the compensation for the losses incurred due to the technical glitch.

Please advice

Dear Sir / Madam,

Yes, if the Company has collected any processing fees from you for enlisting you as an online seller through their website, you certainly can take legal action to get compensated for the loss of sales on account of the Company.
