Legal Question in Business Law in India
hi,
i am residing in a flat on rent with four friends,
i joined my friends after a few months of taking the flat on rent.
in that time another guy was living there, and i just replaced him.
on the rental agreement his name was there. is it valid if his name is struck off from the agreement and my name is added in pen?
the document is required for submitting in RTO.
