RESPECTED SIR,
Whether CEO of the PVT LTD company who is not director holding maximum number of the shares can delegate power to a Director through POWER OF ATTORNEY .

If such "Power Of Attorney" have to be duly registered under the clauses of the Companies Act 2013.
