Legal Question in Business Law in India
just want to know the rule for working in tow firms same time. For Example: A is working in B Company as a Full time Manager, He want to start his own Society So, Q1. Can he become the Chairman, or CEO , or President, at Board of the society Q2. Is this is legal or illegal. Q3. He is the chairman but not sitting, just advising, Q4. What are the possible option to do the same for Him Kindly reply a suitable answer with source and reference.
