Legal Question in Business Law in India
I am running a computer training institute in tamilnadu. I have online courses too along with Tutorial CDs which are my own content. Is it possible to sell these courses and CDs under direct selling or MLM Concept(Binary plan). Is it legal in India?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Your tutorial CD's enable your students to relive whatever class room training you have imparted to them. The students can harness their skill sets with the aid of these tutorial CD's at a later date. Direct selling of the tutorial CD's is advisable and recommended and it is legal in India.
