For a running contractor , submission of late invoice will be a criteria for rejecting a payment , belated for 10 months ( Reason for rejection is financial year has been closed

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should rely on the terms and conditions mentioned in the Agreement regarding late submission of invoice. If the Agreement is silent, late submission of invoice is permitted and the opposite party has no legal right to withhold or delay the payment and settlement of the invoice.
