Legal Question in Business Law in India
A sale deed by a seller as an Indian Citizen, actually the seller is not Indian Citizen. can I file a lawsuit to cancel this sale Deed ? I am neither seller nor buyer but because of that sell deed I am impacted.

Dear Sir / Madam,
No, you cannot move a lawsuit to cancel a Sale Deed of which you are neither the selling or purchasing party, unless the property itself is pledged / mortgaged to you as a security affecting your interest therein.
