Legal Question in Business Law in Israel

I want to sell advertising space on my website. I found a contract that has a section that is US state specific. I live out of country. Do I use the state where I am/was a permanent resident, no state needed or something else. In other words, if I am providing the contract, is the law based on my location or my permanent residence or neither/both? Thank you.

Generally speaking, choice of law is often based on the country / state where you/your business is situated so in case of a legal dispute the forum would be convenient for you.
