Legal Question in Business Law in India
I want to separate from my parents. Can I legally ask for business disclosures in order to secure my share in business assets. I am also seeking a lawyer who can make home-visits.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes. If you are a partner in the family business, you can inform the other family members who are partners that you wish to resign from the partnership, and your capital with your share of accumulated profits as on the date of resignation calculated and duly audited by the firm be paid and settled to you.
