Legal Question in Business Law in Australia
I want to set up a Joint Venture business between a couple of US entities and an Australian entity. Do you have standard formats for such ventures that covers everything that normally should be covered including obligations, rights, shareholding structures, etc ?

There are lots of options in relation to joint ventures.
There is no set format on either the agreement or the structures to use to operate the venture.
The best option is to get a customised structure/agreement to suit each transaction.
eg. Property joint ventures are often quite different to Intellectual Property joint ventures.
Please contact us for a quote for same.
