Legal Question in Business Law in India

I signed to accept a new partner to enter as a partner on a firm in July this year. I signed the Deed of Admission which was printed on a Rs. One hundred stamp paper. Now I got the copy of registered deed but I discovered that the page where the capital of entering partner was shown as Rs. 12 lack now is showing only Rs. 40,000. The signature on the page was similar with my real signature, but I am sure that the page was changed and my signature was faked. I asked my ex-partners and they explained me that when I signed on that stamp paper they couldnt register it because the capital of entering partner was too big and was needed a different stamp paper and again all my signatures, but because I was out of country for a month they changed that page and faked my signature on that page only. I want to know what legal action I can take against my partners , which are the legal consequences for them and how can I prove my signature is faked if on 4 pages there is my real signature and on the only pages the signature is changes is very similar with my own signature.

the dates are important. The date when you sign the actual papers, the date when it was registered, the dates you were travelling abroad. You certainly can file a criminal complaint against all who were involved. You may also file a civil claim for more capital to be inducted by the new partner or may also issue a notice to the new partners so inducted on forged papers to withdraw or else you dissolve the firm.

Dear Sir / Madam,

The explanation given to you by all your other partners is misleading and false. Since a partnership works on mutual faith and trust, you are being deceived in the very beginning which is just not worth going ahead with. You should drop the idea of admitting the new partner in your business.

Regards,
