Legal Question in Business Law in China
If A simply ask B for advice, and B just then advise A. In the process, there is no words like I "promise" to give you some advice. Can the advice from B become a consideration?

You can describe your specific situation,then the lawyer can give you a clear answer.If your question is only about the legal theory,then it is hard to answer your question,because the "consideration" is a conception of the common law tradition,there is no such a thing as "consideration" in civil law system.
