Legal Question in Business Law in India
Sir, as per your last answer that the sole proprietor X can appoint Y and Z as business associates...here my question is ..in this case can they (X and Y) use X company's banner or create another new foundation ? which one is best ? please suggest..

Yes, X may permit both Y and Z to use its Company banner.
