Legal Question in Business Law in India
hello sir.. i want to create a website like cardekho.com/carwale.com, on which all the relevant informations of all cars will be posted along with prices. i want to ask you whether it is necessary to enter into an agreement with car manufecturing companies before creating such website? and will i have to take these companies's persmission before venturing into this field?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You do not need any permission nor do you need to enter into any Agreement with car manufacturing companies for creating your website which boosts and promotes their sale.
